Introduction
Historical influences are still included today in theory and practice in school-age programs. This assignment requires you to summarize contributions made by various historical individuals and their influence upon the classroom environment.

Write a report that summarizes the contributions of Rousseau, Pestalozzi, Froebel, Montessori, Dewey, and Piaget. Include in your summary how the contribution of each historical figure influences curriculum.
